How much do sessions cost?

What happens in the first session?
The initial consultation is a chance to talk about what brings you in, ask questions, and see whether working together feels right.
What are Oliver's credentials?
Oliver is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) certified through IITAP under Dr. Patrick and Dr. Stefanie Carnes, where he also serves on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity Committee, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) trained in the method founded by Dr. Peter Levine, and a Rainbow Advocacy and Educator (RAE). He has been a psychotherapist since 2009.
What issues does Oliver treat?
Sex addiction, trauma, substance and alcohol abuse, and the anxiety and depression that often coexist with addiction and arise from traumatic events. He also works with betrayed partners and with relationships and healthy sexuality.
Do you work with betrayed partners?
Yes. Oliver works with both addicts and their betrayed partners, guiding them through the healing process of recovery.
Do you work with LGBTQ+ clients?
Yes. Oliver works with clients of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
What methods do you use?
Somatic Experiencing (Peter Levine), the Task-Centered Model (Patrick Carnes), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy — with humor, connection, and recovery tools like gratitude lists, supportive networks, and building self-esteem.

Is what I share confidential?
Sessions are confidential, with the standard legal and safety exceptions that Oliver will explain.
What if I am in crisis?
